On larger boats where cable runs are very long and voltage drop is a prime concern, a remote switched battery isolator solves many installation problems.

This enables the isolating unit to go close to the batteries and a direct line of cable from batteries to the application. The isolating unit can be remotely switched from either the dash or another convenient position, utilising any on/off/on rocker, toggle or key switch. Features include manual override, LED status indicators, removable back cover and side plates to facilitate cable entry. A remote terminal link kit is also available. Surface mounted, 5mm roundhead screw holes.
